limo.

tonight was amazing! i really don't know what to say to describe how special i felt. well first my boyfriend told me to be ready at 6:45, so i was...then he said to come outside in the front of the house...(i live on a fairly busy road) so i walk out to see a "FREAKIN" limo. (pics to follow) but before that...he gave me 3 roses. one red...for love, and 2 for our friendship. it was tight. then i got in the limo....i've never been in one before, it was awesome, we got to chill in it for a while around town. good convo. then we got dropped off at Victoria's downtown. we ate and he paid. seriously it was one of the most special days of my life. i'll never forget it. it just doesn't seem real that someone truly and deeply cares for me in this way.... (i know others care for me too,)...but on this level...it's a good feeling. i've had other boyfriends/"good friends" but none like mike. he really sees something in me, underneath all my many flaws. he will do anything he can to let me know how much he cares about me (hence the limo). i am honestly so lucky to have him in my life, first as my amazing friend and second as my amazing boyfriend. , i really dont' know what else to say......

so apparently it's my birthday tomorrow....totally forgot. i got a present in the mail yesterday, it was nice. and mike has something planned all out, but i have no idea what it is...i'm excited tho.

lately, i haven't been feeling good (not physically) in other ways but, i have amazing people in my life to support me. friends, familiy, and my amazing friend/boyfriend, mr. mike bartlett. he has been there completely for me. anyways, today, he showed up at my house after work with this.......

update.

news....i am dating!!!! yes, it's true...it's something i thought i never wanted to do again after my last relationship. but some amazing dude came along and swept me off my feet...hehe. i'm so happy, it's been a process up to this point and still is, but we've made it this far and i'm smiling. not to sound cliche, but mr. mike bartlett is nothing like any other relationship i've been in, i don't know, he's just amazing. ask me for more details if you want...that's the update-(sarah)

next tueday mike and i are going to good ole Stevens Point to hang out for a bit.

winter

so, i'm really excited about this coming February. Mark Dean (head youth guy for the state of MN) asked me to head up the music for the MN Winter Camp at Lake Geneva. i'm stoked. it's going to rock. i got some guys up at North Central helping me out w/ the tasty licks on the guitars and bass.... as well as michael bartlett on drums and liz on the keys. i'm so excited, this will be awesome. hopefully, more will come after this one...i would love to do more camps/conventions/retreats...and such. i once had a pretty hard core dream/passion to travel and do this kind of stuff...and i kind of lost hope w/ that. so this will be so good. and this is pretty much the only reason i'm looking forward to winter. :(

anyways....in other things...not much. still doin life. God, flowers, and coffee.

i'm at db's right now just chillin there's a jazz band here...it's pretty tight. i know the piano player, pretty sweet. i'm never getting married, but when i do, i'm having them play...hopefully they will be still around or i will be.

other news. God has blessed me once again in my life. something i never expected but so happy. more to come in the near future about this blessing! :)

i love that this person is not one to be fake or make others think they are so incredible, when the truth is we've all made mistakes and we're all NOT perfect....but this person, owns up and tries his best to not get into the same junk he's has worked so hard to turn from. so true, so strong, so real. i know he has my back and he knows i have his. i'm so thankful for this blessing. :) crev.

i'm excited about the future, whatever it will bring.

a chic i work with and i were talking today, she used to live in Hawaii. i could go for a trip to hawaii right now. sure could!

i love October. i love fall. i want to take every moment in, cause come january, i'm goin to be done with winter.

i wish i could live in a different state every month. i would definately live in Wisconsin for Oct. hands down. great memories back in the day there at this time of the year.

i love life right now...i truly count myself blessed everyday. but i'll tell ya what...the next couple of months are going to be interesting and hard. i'm a very impatient person, most of you know that, God is definately going to be stretching me, but through it all, it's going to be awesome, once through it!! i'm in new times right now, but still feel good and at peace. in some aspect it's uncharted waters for me. i can only be general right now. no need to be in depth. ha.

we had a concert tonight, i told my guys...i've never felt as comfortable as i did. which is very ironic, cause i hate doing "concerts" i would much rather be in a worship setting. but even as we do worship every week, and i'm very comfortable with that...but something was completely different tonight. it was awesome.

andy did a last minute "mc" job and gave a lot of free stuff away. it was good. fun. i'll post pics soon.

i have to work my first whole day at flowers...8 to 5 tomorrow at church. i'm not goin to beable to wake up. i'm so beat right now.
